Terms and Conditions

1. Service Delivery (The 1-Hour Magic) Our 1-hour delivery guarantee begins only after the client has successfully submitted all required business information via the official VertexSoft Onboarding Form. Delays in data submission will result in a corresponding delay in website activation.

2. Hosting and Resource Limits To maintain server stability, websites provided under the Vertex Starter package are hosted on shared servers. We reserve the right to monitor and cap resource usage (inodes/CPU) to prevent server overload and ensure performance for all clients.

3. Payment and Renewals

• All entry-level website packages are subject to an annual renewal fee.

• Initial setup fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered and the 1-hour activation process has commenced.

4. Scope of Support The "Your Business, Our Headache" philosophy covers technical maintenance and basic updates. Extensive custom development outside the original package scope will be billed as a separate Project under our Enterprise Software division.

5. Intellectual Property Upon full payment, the client owns the content and brand identity of the website. VertexSoft retains the right to include a "Designed by VertexSoft" link in the footer to maintain our market presence.
